Three Rivers

Updated: Feb 4

Nestled within the serene embrace of nature, Three Rivers Retreat Center stands as a testament to the transformative power of holistic healing. Offering carefully curated retreats, this center provides a space where individuals can immerse themselves in spiritual practices, mindfulness, and a supportive community. At Three Rivers, the focus is on reconnecting with one's inner self, fostering a sense of belonging, and addressing the multifaceted nature of mental health challenges.

The journey of Three Rivers Retreat Center began with a chance meeting between two visionaries who shared a dream of establishing a well-being center dedicated to helping people. In a matter of two short hours, their shared vision ignited a spark that would soon lead them to secure a few acres of land—an overgrown old field that would be transformed into the sanctuary it is today.

Within two months, the founders dedicated endless hours and resources to shape their vision into reality. The result is a space where people can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and embark on a journey of healing. The center has evolved to offer free community events, transformative retreats, breath and sound sessions, and even plans for a reggae festival and spirit festival on the horizon.

Understanding the complexity of mental health challenges, Three Rivers Retreat Center has assembled a dedicated team committed to providing a safe and supportive environment. By combining ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches, the center offers comprehensive programs that empower individuals to address the root causes of anxiety, addiction, and other obstacles. The emphasis is on fostering lasting change and promoting holistic well-being.

Three Rivers Retreat Center extends gratitude to those who have contributed to its success, whether through attendance, support, or active participation. The center sees itself as a catalyst for building a stronger community, and with upcoming plans for boot camps, water therapy, drumming sessions, and a spirit festival, the journey has only just begun.
